- Eco-compliant blast media, low-VOC coatings, and solvent collection systems.
- Dedicated secondary containment for oils, lubricants, and hazardous chemicals.
- Strict alignment with the National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC) in KSA.
5-Stage Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC)
From mill certificate verification to final handover, every structural element undergoes rigorous stage-gate inspections.
Raw Material Ingestion
Mill Test Certificate (MTC 3.1) verification, ultrasonic thickness measurement, and physical grade checks.
Cutting & Fit-Up
CNC cutting precision, bevel angle accuracy, root opening tolerances, and pre-weld tacking audit.
Welding & NDT
Qualified WPS/PQR welders, 100% visual inspection, MT/PT surface testing, and UT/RT volumetric exams.
Blasting & Coating
Abrasive blasting to SA 2.5 profile, environmental dew-point monitoring, and dry film thickness (DFT) checks.
Final QC Dossier
Dimensional tolerance verification, torque audits, marking, packing, and full inspection dossier release.
